Bittu, a master thief [Sonu Sood], teams up with MLA Varada Rajulu [Kota Srinivasa Rao] to hatch a daring plan: rob ₹1,500 crore (US$180 million) from a city bank. At the heart of this scheme is Ravindra ‘Ravi’ Narayan [Allu Arjun], a young man who distrusts hard work and believes in catching quick money rather than following in his father Narayana Moorthy’s footsteps. When Ravi and Bittu cross paths, Ravi reveals a thinking that blends risk and opportunity—he talks about making a fast fortune by betting on an IPL match and exposes the location of the betting ring. The cops move in during the raid, and Ravi is nabbed. In interrogation, Ravi pieces together that Bittu tipped off the police, and he manages to sway ACP Sitaram [Rajendra Prasad] to see the truth behind the scene.

Bittu executes the bank heist, and his brother Lala [Shafi] ferries the money to the city’s dumping yard. The law closes in on Lala; he resists, and Ravi corners him, leading to Lala’s accidental death. Undeterred, Bittu goes to the dumping yard to claim the prize, only to find the yard burnt to ashes. With Lala dead and the money incinerated, Bittu swears vengeance on Ravi. To keep Ravi out of harm’s way, Manikyam orders Ravi moved from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad, placing him under witness protection at the home of DIG Sitaram [Rajendra Prasad] and his circle.

On the streets of this new chapter, Ravi’s world expands when he meets Madhu [Ileana D’Cruz], a middle-class young woman who works with Travel Murthy [Brahmaji], a travel agent in Bittu’s orbit. Murthy runs a slick operation, preparing fake passports to help Bittu and his gang disappear, and soon Ravi and Madhu’s paths cross in more than one way. The two form a bond as they uncover more about Bittu’s activities and the danger that surrounds them both.

Bittu escalates the conflict by assassinating Raja Manikyam [Rao Ramesh] with a bomb planted in his car and by launching an attack on Ravi’s family, leaving Narayana Murthi [Tanikella Bharani] hospitalized and vulnerable. This blow galvanizes Ravi; Narayana’s recovery strengthens his resolve to reclaim the money for the people who labored for their families. Ravi learns that his sister Raji [Sreemukhi] has been kidnapped and is being used as leverage, and he is framed for Manikyam’s murder after accidentally answering a phone bomb’s trigger. Yet, with Sitaram’s help, Ravi is ultimately cleared.

As the plan unravels, it becomes clear that Manikyam himself had faked his death after learning that Bittu had discovered the scheme to swap the bank money into counterfeit notes—an exchange intended to fool everyone, including Ravi. The truth sets in: Bittu eliminates Manikyam and Varada Rajulu and plots one last escape, loading the money onto a ship bound for safety.

Ravi, using wit and resolve, reclaims the money by turning the tables on Bittu’s henchmen and forcing a return of the funds to the bank. A mob’s pressure and a brutal confrontation ensue, and the henchmen are overcome in the chaos. In the final showdown, Ravi faces Bittu with the assistance of Sitaram [Rajendra Prasad], and justice is served as Bittu falls. Raji is saved, and the city breathes once more.

In the quiet aftermath, Ravi lands a new opportunity—an interview that culminates in a job offer, and a modest salary of ₹25,000, signaling a fresh start after the turmoil. The journey is marked by risk, loyalty, love, and a hard-won sense of responsibility toward those who toiled to keep their families afloat.
