Govinda “Vindha” Bhargav, Boman Irani, is a formidable businessman who learns, while in Italy, that his younger son Mohan Bhargav has died in a car accident. Moments later, gunmen burst into his hotel room and one of them brandishes a phone. On the other end, Vindha’s allies Sarma and Varma confess that they engineered his son’s death to seize control of the empire. Vindha secretly records the exchange before the killers silence him.
News of Vindha’s death reaches his second wife, Indrani Bhargav, who uncovers an audio file she believes captures Vindha’s killers. She contacts Appaji, the brother of Vindha’s late first wife Krishnaveni, to summon an unknown person. Appaji reveals the mysterious figure to be Abhishikth Bhargav, Vindha’s eldest son Pawan Kalyan. After performing his father’s last rites in Varanasi, Abhi travels from Assam to Hyderabad, where Vindha’s alleged killers live. He lands a job in his father’s company under the alias Balasubramanyam, Vennela Kishore, and befriends Sukumari, Keerthy Suresh, and Suryakantham, Lahari Shari.
Abhi soon discovers that the supposed phone recording was faked; there are no international calls on Sarma’s or Varma’s phones. Meanwhile, unknown assailants try to kill Abhi, but he defends himself. The final attacker reveals the true mastermind: Seetharam, Adithya Menon, the son of Vindha’s former business partner, Deenabandhu.
ACP Sampath, played by Sampath Raj, leads the police inquiry into Vindha’s past. Vindha, who rose from a middle-class background to build a pharmaceutical company, aimed to establish a factory in a remote village. A local politician forces Vindha into a bribe that would incite villagers to attack the factory, aided by Vindha’s former ally Aditya Bandaru Ajay. During a desperate escape on a charter plane, Vindha’s medicine vial is destroyed, but he secretly keeps a second vial. Growing distrust among his inner circle drives Vindha to question who he can trust.
During a Bali holiday with his pregnant first wife Krishnaveni, an attempt on her life occurs. She is presumed dead, but it’s later revealed that another woman in the same robe was mistakenly killed. Vindha sends Krishnaveni to Appaji’s house for safety, but she dies soon after giving birth to Abhi. Vindha raises Abhi to view wealth as a tool for leadership, not a goal in itself, and with Abhi’s consent, Vindha marries Indrani.
Abhi ascends to the helm of the company, torturing Sarma, Varma, and Koteswara Rao, who harass women in the workplace. Seetharam returns to India and demands proof of Abhi’s lineage. Abhi travels to Bulgaria with Sukumari and Suryakantham to retrieve Vindha’s will, which names Abhi as heir. Seetharam, aided by Appaji, steals and destroys the will, erasing crucial evidence.
At the CEO election, Abhi battles Seetharam’s goons on the rooftop. He reveals that the will Seetharam destroyed was fake and that Appaji was part of Abhi’s plan. After overcoming most of Seetharam’s forces, the board member who reveals himself as Aditya Bandaru’s brother Jayaprakash admits responsibility for Vindha’s murder to avenge his brother. Abhi confronts him, and the rooftop fall of that board member and Parag Tyagi’s henchman Parag ends their threat.
In a final twist, Abhi explains that the “AB group” is named after Aditya Bandaru, not himself. He steps in as CEO and pledges to honor his father’s legacy. The story closes with Seetharam exiled to a remote island, signifying Vindha’s empire will endure under Abhi’s calculated leadership.
