Aadi 2002

In the rugged landscape of Rayalaseema, the story centers on Veera Reddy Ahuti Prasad who returns from the United States after a long absence with his wife and their eight-year-old son, Aadi Keshava Reddy N.T. Rama Rao Jr.. Veera Reddy’s late father was a renowned faction leader and owned a vast 4,000-acre property, which he had entrusted to Nagi Reddy Rajan P Dev during his absence. On his return, Veera Reddy discovers that Nagi Reddy has misused his power and plans to donate the land to 2,000 families in the village. When Nagi Reddy learns of the plan, he orders an attack that kills Veera Reddy and his wife. Veeranna Chalapathi Rao, a trusted lieutenant, manages to save the child Aadi and flee to Hyderabad, while Veera Reddy’s loyalists are sentenced to fourteen years in prison.

12 years later. Years pass, and Aadi grows up in Hyderabad as a lively but hot-tempered young man, now in college. He falls in love with Nandu Keerthi Chawla, and she returns his feelings. It is revealed that Nandu is the daughter of Nagi Reddy. After finishing her studies, Nandu returns to her father’s area. Aadi, who re-enters Rayalaseema with Veeranna and other loyalists released from prison, makes his goal clear: reclaim the land and distribute it to the villagers. He must confront Nagi Reddy and his men, navigate old loyalties, and outmaneuver those who stand in the way of justice. Along the way, he is joined by friends such as Ali Basha Ali Basha, who stand by him as the battle for land and dignity unfolds.
