Arjun’s story opens with his arrest for a string of crimes, setting a grim tone for what follows. In the years before, he lived a carefree life, but his brother—who leads a factory union—sparks a fierce clash with the factory owners over a promised bonus. Amid the tension, Arjun falls in love with Radha, and his loyalty to the workers grows alongside his personal commitment to her.

To help the laborers, Arjun adopts a bold ruse: he pretends to be a nationwide income tax officer and makes off with the owners’ black money, distributing the funds to those who toil in the factory. This act of “Robin Hood” defiance deepens the conflict between workers and owners and sets in motion a violent backlash. The factory bosses retaliate by trapping Arjun’s brother, his sister-in-law, and his young niece inside their home. The assault crescendos as the sister-in-law is raped and the three family members are killed, a tragedy that pushes Arjun toward vengeance even as the legal system weighs against him. He tries to strike back at the culprit, but his efforts falter. Siva Prasad, Radha’s brother, counsels surrender, insisting that the law must run its course, yet Arjun remains stubbornly innocent in the public eye.

The turning point comes in the courtroom, where a shaved-headed Arjun appears before the judge. Despite the mounting evidence stacked against him, Judge Ram Prakash believes in his innocence and sentences him to house arrest on a secluded island. On the island, the relationship between Arjun and Ram Prakash begins to evolve from suspicion into a tentative friendship, a dynamic complicated by Radha’s return after being removed from the island and a shocking confrontation in which she shoots the judge. As the plot twists unfold, Ram Prakash’s motives for selecting Arjun come into clearer focus, revealing layers of strategy and past grievances that tie the characters’ fates together.

A new and brutal test arrives when Ram Prakash’s granddaughter is kidnapped and used as leverage to force the release of a criminal connected to the earlier trio. The situation escalates as she is raped and murdered after the judge upholds the law and sentences the killer to death by hanging. This ruthless turn deepens Arjun’s training under Ram Prakash, who mentors him in a variety of skills. The final act intensifies as Arjun puts his newly honed abilities to work, systematically outmaneuvering his enemies and moving toward a climactic resolution that tests loyalty, justice, and the limits of vengeance.
