Carrie, a once-famous actress now struggling to find her place in the film industry, receives a referral from her manager, Bridget, to her niece, Elsa. However, her enthusiasm quickly diminishes when she realizes the advertisement is promoting a menopause supplement. Frustrated and disappointed, Carrie refuses to participate, which sparks a heated argument with Elsa. Their disagreement intensifies until Bridget finds a parcel left behind by Elsa. Inside, they discover a framed photograph featuring Elsa’s ex-boyfriend, Daniel, and Surewin, a Macau boxing champion and former apprentice of Carrie’s husband, Bruce. Elsa has been clinging to her relationship with Daniel despite his attempts to end things, insisting she still cares for him.

Recognizing that Elsa is planning to confront Surewin, Carrie and Bridget rush to his home to prevent her from escalating things further. However, they arrive too late – Elsa has already found Surewin, leading to a fierce fight. The confrontation quickly draws a crowd, with videos of the brawl going viral online. This unexpected publicity damages Surewin’s reputation, especially after one of the videos is circulated widely, putting her career in jeopardy. As a consequence of the viral incident, Arnold, an ex-apprentice of Bruce who runs a boxing gym with Surewin, temporarily suspends her.

Ironically, the viral video unexpectedly propels Carrie back into the spotlight. A film producer notices her and offers her the lead role in an upcoming action movie, seemingly reviving her career in the entertainment industry. Meanwhile, Elsa, upset about Daniel’s choice to be with Surewin, challenges him to a boxing match, determined to prove her own strength and worth. Both women seek training in boxing—Elsa from Bruce himself, and Carrie from her own set of contacts—to prepare for their respective challenges.

Initially, Bruce is skeptical about Elsa’s commitment. He tries to scare her off with a hefty training fee, but she surprises him by accepting his challenge. Reluctantly, Bruce assigns his only remaining apprentice, Stallone, to train Elsa. Despite doubting her ability to last long, Elsa endures grueling training sessions that slowly change Bruce’s perception of her resilience and determination. Meanwhile, Stallone discusses the upcoming match with Arnold and Surewin, who agree to host it if they can sell tickets and stream it live. Surewin declares that if Elsa can withstand three rounds of boxing, she will have achieved victory.

As Elsa and Carrie make progress in their training, Carrie learns from the producer that she has been replaced by a younger actress, abruptly ending her chance at stardom’s comeback and forcing her to stop her boxing preparation. Elsa, on the other hand, encounters Surewin at the waterfront, where Surewin encourages her to let go of her tough exterior. This moment prompts Elsa to reach out to Daniel and, finally, accept his request to end their relationship. Reflecting on her own journey and struggles, Elsa confides in Stallone, who shares his experience of enduring a long losing streak and a serious injury during his 38th match. Motivated by his story, Elsa persists with her training, determined not to give up.

Stallone’s own recent defeat and injury in the ring lead to a hospital visit where he coincidentally encounters Bruce. Their conversation escalates into a heated debate about their differing philosophies on running a boxing gym. It is revealed that Bruce didn’t fight Arnold but surrendered to protect Stallone’s reputation, which reflects his sense of responsibility and sacrifice. Arnold challenges Bruce to a match, to which Bruce agrees, setting the stage for a pivotal confrontation.

The scheduled battles include Elsa versus Surewin and Bruce versus Arnold. During her match, Elsa initially struggles against Surewin’s aggressive tactics but manages to knock her down in the second round. This moment shifts the tide, with Elsa enduring the relentless punches in the third round despite sustaining injuries, earning her respect and ultimately claiming victory. Bruce, meanwhile, faces Arnold and demonstrates his skills with a decisive win. In a climactic moment, instead of delivering a final blow to Arnold, Bruce intentionally hits a punchbag behind him that shatters, symbolizing reconciliation and respect. Arnold rushes to protect the sentimental equipment, acknowledging their shared memories and history.

In the end, Arnold and Surewin join forces to help run Bruce’s gym, with Elsa becoming part of the team to expand the business. The story concludes with a sense of newfound camaraderie and hope as they discuss future plans together over dinner, emphasizing themes of resilience, redemption, and friendship across their journeys.
