What Is Guyana: Crime of the Century About?
The premise of Guyana: Crime of the Century without spoilers.
A harrowing dramatization of the Jonestown tragedy follows charismatic yet paranoid Reverend Jim Jones, who builds a Midwest church, becomes convinced the CIA is a hostile enemy, and relocates his followers to Guyana to create a so‑called utopia. The community descends into abuse, violence, and eventually a deadly massacre driven by Jones’ escalating madness.
