Santos, a pacheco fighter struggling with a recent divorce from the wild female fighter La Tetona Mendoza, seeks to overcome his depression. He launches a campaign to assist the Sahuayo Zombies, which unexpectedly becomes a lucrative business exploiting him. A zombie plague erupts, and Santos considers eliminating the population. A mysterious Peyote Murderer intervenes to eradicate the zombies, but the resulting world proves even more dire, forcing Santos and Peyote to collaborate to restore humanity.
