Babloo, Vishnu Manchu, is a carefree, happy-go-lucky young man whose lighthearted mischief often lands him in trouble. His father, Narayana Rao, Chandramohan, a stern family man, decides to channel his son’s energy by getting him a steady job with Shankar Goud, Srihari, a feared local mafia head. The two men are caught in a brutal feud with Ballu, Supreet, a rival goon who is determined to wipe out Shankar’s faction to avenge his son’s death, which Ballu blames on Shankar. Shankar’s sister, Pooja, Genelia D’Souza, becomes a central target in this war.

Babloo soon falls for Pooja, and when Shankar tries to marry Pooja off to Ajay, Jai Akash (an NRI doctor), the sparks between Babloo and Pooja intensify. The couple elopes to seal their own fate, and Babloo’s courage is tested when he later rescues Pooja from Ballu. The rest of the story unfolds as Babloo and Pooja pursue their love while Shankar does what he believes is necessary to protect his sister.

But danger is never far. Shankar Goud’s right-hand man, Brahmaji (Shankar Gowd’s loyal lieutenant), betrays Shankar, and the gangster world trembles as Shankar is wounded in a violent confrontation. Ballu’s cunning schemes eventually trap Shankar, Pooja, and their allies in a dangerous stand-off. In a twist of fate, the eccentric but capable Srirangam Sheshadri Chary, Brahmanandam calls Narayana Rao to rush to the scene, while others scramble to outmaneuver Ballu’s traps.

To save Pooja and assert control, Shankar orders Babloo to eliminate Ballu’s henchmen. Babloo accepts the grim task, and the two of them infiltrate a deserted building where Pooja is held. A brutal showdown follows: Babloo fights Ballu’s men while Shankar faces Ballu. In a twist of fate, bravery, and shrewd planning, Shankar defeats Ballu, but not without losing power and facing severe injuries. Ballu abducts Pooja, and the balance of power hangs in the air as Chary, Brahmanandam, warns Narayana Rao of the danger.

The ensuing scramble brings in several allies and the revelation that Ballu’s traps were orchestrated from within Shankar’s own circle, including a betrayal by Shankar’s henchman. Narayana Rao arrives, and a dramatic sequence unfolds where Shankar’s men attempt to rescue Pooja and bring Babloo into the fight. The conflict resolves with Babloo proving his mettle, Shankar defeating Ballu, and Shankar ultimately letting Pooja marry Babloo. The film ends on a hopeful note as the couple begins their life together, and Pooja gives birth to their first child, marking a new chapter for the family.
