The film opens with a tense flashback that exposes a deep-seated feud between the families of Sathyaprathapan and Balagangadharan. The murder of Vishnu is wrongly pinned on Balagangadharan, driving a wedge between father and son. Devastatingly, Sathyaprathapan’s sister commits suicide, and his relationship with his father deteriorates to the point where the elder man dies soon after. In a remarkable turnaround, Sathyaprathapan begins to support Bhavani’s family, even mortgaging his own house to bankroll her factory. Amid the ashes of vengeance, love quietly blossoms between Sathyaprathapan and Bhavani.

But the peace is fragile. Bhavani’s greedy father schemes to topple Sathyaprathapan’s family and seize their home. The arrival of Parameshwaran Pillai — Sathyaprathapan’s uncle — brings a glimmer of hope as the mother pleads with him to prove [Balagangadharan]’s innocence. Pillai and Sathyaprathapan discover Kuruvilla, who witnessed the murder committed by goons sent by Bhavani’s father. In a cruel twist, Sathyaprathapan’s mother faints and later dies in the hospital, telling a troubling truth about Balagangadharan’s wife and urging forgiveness. Enraged, Sathyaprathapan storms Bhavani’s house, accusing her father and trying to reason with Bhavani, but she refuses to believe him and remains loyal to her family. In a moment of heartbreak, SP proclaims that he will never love again and vows to live as a bachelor.

Cut to the present, where a courtroom battle rages between Sathyaprathapan — now known as SP — and Bhavani. When SP wins back his house, Bhavani’s fury deepens and she vows to destroy him.

The story shifts to SP’s day-to-day life as a wealthy entrepreneur, a world in which he protects a half-sister, Sandhya. She lives next door, unaware that SP is her brother, while Kuruvilla acts as his loyal aide, a bachelor with a quiet, comic edge. A new presence arrives in the neighborhood: Bhama, who stays in a nearby hostel and sets her sights on SP, though he initially treats her as a nuisance. At the same time, SP agrees to take in Sreekumar, the flirtatious son of [Parameshwaran Pillai], who plans to stay with SP since Sandhya is his neighbor’s sister. The house fills with humor as [Kuruvilla] and his ally Ugran push against the new arrangements.

Bhama soon discovers that SP is sponsoring Sandhya’s studies, prompting a confrontation. SP clarifies that Sandhya is his sister, and Bhama invites Sandhya to join her for a birthday party. At the party, Bhavani arrives and escorts Bhama away, revealing that Bhama is Bhavani’s sister. A fierce rivalry between Bhama and Bhavani unfolds, and Bhama flees home, vowing to aid SP, though SP insists there is no hatred between them. Bhama’s family arrives to reclaim her, but SP and Sreekumar stand in their way.

SP invites Sandhya to move into his house, while Sreekumar and Ugran relocate to the guest house. Sandhya begins to warm to Sreekumar, and a crucial balcony scene reveals that the two love each other. SP, who had suspected the arrangement all along, discloses that he orchestrated everything and then arranges Sandhya and Sreekumar’s marriage. He transfers his assets to Sandhya’s name, sensing that Sreekumar’s family believed Sandhya was an orphan. The revelation reaches Parameshwaran Pillai’s family, and Sandhya overhears, fleeing in tears. SP consoles her and explains that his life has been a quiet apology for the hurt she endured. Sandhya confesses that her mother loved SP and urged forgiveness if she ever saw him again. Their bond grows stronger as the siblings’ love and loyalty reaffirm their shared past.

As the wedding celebrations commence, Bhavani and her brother Hareendran join the fray, along with Sandhya’s elder brother Shekarankutty. He asserts a stronger claim over Sandhya, insisting that SP is merely a half-brother and that his own rights are greater. Bhavani’s faction uses Shekarankutty to press their advantage, aiming to seize SP’s company and home. A fierce confrontation erupts, and SP vows to secure Sandhya’s future by any means necessary, even as he asserts that Bhavani’s faction will be neutralized if Sandhya marries Sreekumar.

In the climactic turn, Sandhya is torn between two brothers, rushing to their sides as they argue over her fate. She declares she will marry whoever her brothers decide, for her love and loyalty extend to both. SP, deciding what truly matters, marches to Bhavani’s house with a resolve to end the feud once and for all. He confronts Bhavani’s father and, in a dramatic exchange, reveals that Kuruvilla is the witness to Vishnu’s murder. The truth comes out: Bhavani’s father admits killing Vishnu and framing SP’s father. SP douses Bhavani’s father with kerosene, but Hareendran steps in, pleading for his sister’s life. Bhavani abandons her plans, recognizing the damage of her choices, and heads to SP’s house to apologize. She offers Bhama’s hand in marriage to SP as a closing gesture, and SP, after a brief hesitation, consents and instructs Sreekumar to proceed with Bhama, bringing the long-standing feud to a fateful, morally tempered conclusion.
