On a high-stakes mission to capture Abdul Salim, the right hand of India’s most wanted terrorist Ibrahim Qureshi [Rajesh Khattar], RAW chief Kulkarni [Nassar] recruits the undercover operative Arjun [Gopichand] and his disciplined team. As the operation unfolds, Arjun and his squad silently neutralize the guards and seize Salim, thrusting them into a tense game of deception. Back home, Arjun leads a double life as a banker named Ramakrishna, and Kulkarni warns him that Salim’s transfer to prison could spark a dangerous rescue attempt. Salim is moved in a police convoy, but a chilling helicopter ambush undoes the entire move: masked shooters strike, free Salim, and, in a shocking reveal, the attackers are Arjun and his comrades. The implication is clear: Salim is too valuable a liability to let live, and Arjun makes a ruthless call to silence him for the sake of national security.
The victory comes at a brutal personal cost. While Arjun enjoys a date with his girlfriend, Aishwarya [Mehreen Pirzada], trouble erupts when goons ambush him. A violent confrontation reveals a deeper crisis: Salim’s capture has triggered hostility toward Arjun’s team, and his comrades are suddenly missing. The kidnapper responsible is Sohail [Upen Patel], Ibrahim Qureshi’s son, who dares Arjun to come to Karachi and rescue his teammates. With his cover blown, Arjun seeks help from RAW but finds himself disavowed, forcing him to improvise. He heads into Pakistan and teams up with a RAW agent, Zubeida [Zareen Khan], to track Sohail’s movements.
Together they plant CCTV cameras along Sohail’s route to monitor his destination. Arjun suspects a leak at the traffic police commissioner’s office, and Zubeida maneuvers to draw the officer into a bar, enabling Arjun to hack into the city’s systems by copying fingerprints and voice activations to unlock a laptop. The plan pays off as the police reach a bar in time to monitor the looming kidnap—yet the mission hits another snag: they manage to seize Sohail, but it’s Sohail’s body double who is captured, and Arjun’s fury erupts in a brutal confrontation with Qureshi’s henchmen.
A perilous chase follows, leaving Arjun wounded and forcing a dramatic regroup with Zubeida. Sohail retaliates by reclaiming the CCTV footage and targeting Arjun’s ally on screen. Morse code hidden in a message from a friend alerts them to a chilling scheme: Sohail intends to flee with Arjun’s teammates and trigger a crisis at the G8 Summit to smear India in the eyes of the world. To stop this, Arjun reconciles with Kulkarni, who hints at a secret arrangement to meet Zubeida and expose Sohail. With the help of other RAW operatives in Karachi, Arjun tracks Sohail to a final confrontation at the border, where a tense exchange unfolds: he makes a deal with Ibrahim to return with his team in exchange for Sohail’s life, believing the matter resolved.
The truth, however, proves more sinister. Ibrahim discovers that Arjun handed over Sohail’s body double and realizes he’s been outmaneuvered. Rather than acquiesce, Ibrahim challenges India directly, but the RAW has the upper hand. In a decisive moment, Ibrahim is handed over to Indian authorities, and Arjun’s success is celebrated by RAW. Yet the victory comes with a stark culmination: Arjun eliminates the mole who jeopardized the mission, ensuring that the operation—codenamed Mission Chanakya—ends not with a blame game, but with a hard-won victory for national security.
