Anjali and her maternal uncle Ramachandran orchestrate a chilling setup at the beach, pretending to feed white pigeons to lure Bhavani Shankar, a retired DGP, into a deadly encounter. The scene is carefully staged to carry out a ruthless act that will ripple through everyone’s lives.

Meanwhile, Ram, who lives in New Delhi with his loving adopted parents and sister, signs up for a college in Hyderabad against the wishes of his foster family. The two cities frame a contrast between his safe, protected life and the dangerous undertones that begin to unfold around Anjali, who attends the same college and harbors a personal vendetta.

Anjali forms a quiet alliance with her own agenda as she targets Anna, a local gangster, for the death of her family. The college setting becomes a chessboard where past loyalties and present dangers intersect, drawing Ram and Anjali into a shared, fateful trajectory.

In the escalating conflict, Ram moves to confront Abdullah, one of Anna’s aides, and a brutal turn of events follows: Ram kills Abdullah and warns Anna that Sada, another key aide, is next on the list. An enraged Sada responds by attempting to strike back at Ram, but Ram ends up killing Sada as well. The violence shocks Ram’s family, who watch in horror as the truth of Ram’s past begins to surface, pushing him to reveal his own history to his foster parents.

Past revelations reveal a tangled network of loyalties. Ram’s real father is an upright ACP in Hyderabad, who arrests one of Anna’s henchmen. It’s disclosed that Anjali and Ram are connected through family ties—Anjali’s father is Ram’s father’s brother-in-law—adding a layer of personal stakes to every confrontation. Anna confronts Ram’s grandfather, threatening him to release his men, but the grandfather refuses, leading to Anna’s arrest. The vengeful antagonist, along with his henchmen and Bhavani Shankar, wipes out most of Anjali’s and Ram’s relatives, leaving only a few survivors: Anjali, Ramachandran, and Ram himself.

Ram escapes the massacre and is taken in by his foster parents, while Anjali grows convinced that one family member may still be alive, evidenced by someone who keeps a flower on the Buddha statue of their former home, now a library.

Present-day pressures mount as Ram’s foster parents ask him to return, but he declines and accompanies them to the railway station. A narrow clash with Anna’s henchmen nearly unfolds, yet Ram overcomes the danger and presses Anna to bring his brother from Dubai. Anna responds by arriving, killing Ramachandran, and issuing a final challenge to meet him at his brother’s place. As Ram uncovers that Anna holds Anjali hostage, he escapes after killing Anna’s brother, reclaiming his resolve. In the end, Ram defeats Anna and reunites with Anjali and his foster parents, stitching together a fragile sense of family and justice amid years of upheaval.
