Jai, Lava, and the third brother, Kusa, are identical triplets raised by their maternal uncle after their mother’s death. Jai carries a quiet, steadfast warmth and a hidden talent for performance, but a cruel stammer marks him as an outsider, causing him to be sidelined from drama despite his genuine skill. His brothers, favored by their uncle, increasingly marginalize him, feeding Jai’s growing hurt and anger until a moment of dramatic rage—to his dismay and the fear of those around him—forces him to set fire to the stage and flee the scene.
Two decades pass, and life threads the brothers into markedly different paths. Kusa evolves into a carefree, bold mugger who dreams of an escape to the United States, only to be thwarted by a nationwide demonetisation shock that strips him of possible options. In contrast, Lava becomes a principled bank manager whose good nature lands him in trouble when he inadvertently approves a loan that funds a beer shop, tainting his reputation and costing him his job. In the midst of this turmoil, he meets Priya, a marriage broker who captures his heart, introducing a gentle romance into his otherwise constrained existence.
The siblings’ loyalties collide when Kusa impersonates Lava to siphon funds from the bank, betraying his brother and vanishing with the loot. The fallout is swift and brutal: Priya disappears, and Lava is wrongly accused of abducting her. The plot thickens when bank footage reveals the true thief, exposing the real culprit as Kusa. As Lava confronts his brother, Kusa confesses the theft but denies kidnapping Priya, and the brothers begin to suspect that their missing sibling Jai might still be alive somewhere in the world.
A police officer named Kaakha, Jai’s mentor, hints that Jai may have staged the fire years ago and fled to become a powerful figure—Ravan—an operative in organized crime and a rising political force in Odisha. This revelation reframes the brothers’ past and sets the stage for Jai’s return as a man capable of swaying public opinion and manipulating people to serve a larger, darker agenda. The trio is brought together when Kaakha escorts Lava and Kusa to Jai, who now intends to use them to secure public sympathy and win an impending election.
As the truth unfolds, Jai—now Ravan in the public eye—confesses that he engineered the earlier fire and built a new life amid crime and ambition. He tests his brothers’ loyalty by kidnapping Priya and engineering the theft to see who will stand with him. He assigns Lava to perform as the figurehead Ravan for the people and asks Kusa to woo Simran, a woman who despises Ravan, to further shape the political narrative.
Moved by remorse, Lava seeks to reclaim Jai’s humanity with Priya’s help, while Kusa aligns with Simran, who seeks vengeance for her brother’s death tied to Ravana’s schemes. Lava’s gradual rise in popularity as he continues to impersonate Ravan tests Jai’s control over his own myth. Meanwhile, Kusa’s loyalty wavers as he chases the stolen money and the chance to salvage his brotherly bond.
The tension peaks when an assassination-like plot is set in motion: Jai, now a master manipulator, rigs a car with a bomb to kill Lava and Kusa, hoping to seal Jai’s political dominion and cement his control. The brothers realize the danger but decide to ride into the trap, hoping to reach Jai’s heart before it’s too late. Their uncle’s pleas for mercy are ignored by the merciless Jai, who remains fixed on his ruthless plan.
In a climactic confrontation, Sarkar, an enemy of Ravan, stops the car, firing a fatal shot that mortally wounds Lava and creates chaos among the siblings. Believing only two brothers remain, Sarkar presses for the identity of Ravan, and both Lava and Kusa claim to be him, sparking a fierce duel. Jai arrives just in time to intervene, saving his brothers and killing Sarkar in a final act of protective defiance. Gravely wounded, Jai speaks his last words of love for his brothers, redeeming himself in their eyes and bringing the long-buried bond of the triplets back into the light.
