Kalyan Sinha is introduced as a corrupt IPS officer who lands in Hyderabad as the city’s ACP and quickly uses his elevated power to line his pockets through questionable, unorthodox means. His scheme isn’t carried out in isolation—he quietly backs a local MP, GK, whose political maneuvers have become a recurring headache for Murali Krishna, the DGP of Telangana. The story strings these tensions together against a backdrop of power, ambition, and personal grievance.

This tension is further complicated by Kalyan’s family history. He is Murali Krishna’s son, nursing a deep-seated anger toward his father after what he believes was negligence that cost his mother and newborn sister their lives. In truth, Murali had made a split-second, difficult choice during a riot, choosing to leave his wife in the hospital to save numerous others. This perceived betrayal drives Kalyan to sever ties, prompting him to leave home, join an orphanage, and climb the ranks to IPS with a singular goal: vengeance.

Within Hyderabad’s corridors of influence, Kalyan crosses paths with two women who shape his trajectory in markedly different ways. Mahathi, a journalist for TV5, captures his attention with her own set of ideals and ethics, while Kavya—a deaf-mute philanthropist who runs a coffee shop—forms a quieter, more intimate bond with him. Kalyan’s affection appears to be headed toward Mahathi, yet she rejects him, unsettled by the cloud of corruption that surrounds his life. Kavya, whom he starts to view as a sister, becomes a focal point of tragedy when GK’s brother Nani kills her while she tries to shield a techie from an assault near HITEC City. Kavya’s death becomes a turning point for Kalyan, hardening his resolve against GK.

GK’s grand scheme is to elevate Nani into politics, and he dares to push the limits of law to realize that dream. When GK’s plans trigger the arrest of Nani, Kalyan steps in with a non-bailable warrant and a three-day countdown, challenging GK to pull off a rescue that would undermine the system. In a surprising turn, Murali and Kalyan find a way to unite their efforts, and the romance between Kalyan and Mahathi moves toward a sanctioned future as their marriage is approved.

The deadline becomes a pressure cooker. On the third day, GK’s men kidnap the transgender witness—an essential testimony—and Mahathi. Murali, supported by Kalyan and the transgender witness, races to intervene. Kalyan manages a daring rescue of Mahathi from a distance, but the danger intensifies as Murali and his own team, along with the witness, are cornered and killed by GK and his partners. Nani and his circle are released, and Kalyan pivots toward a drastic plan to eradicate them, drawing in Subhash, an aging NRIs-turned-actor, to act as a vengeful ally.

What follows is a sequence of confrontations and calculated gambits. Kalyan and his associates target GK’s allies—an assault on one partner and his son ends with them sprawled on a railway track as a speeding train seals their fate. A second set of deaths comes when a car crash eliminates another partner and his son. Subhash appears in disguise as a taxi driver-turned-witness, manipulating media narratives to cast doubt on the opposition and to frame the supposed incident as something other than a calculated alliance of crime and politics. He even impersonates a loyal admirer of the prominent actress Tamannaah to cement the narrative of a manufactured frenzy surrounding a mall inauguration, thereby steering public perception.

GK’s attempt to flee to Delhi, along with Nani, is thwarted by Ramesh, the head of police security, who has his own history of clashes with GK over illegal land deals. The chase moves to the location where Murali died, where a brutal confrontation unfolds. Kalyan is severely beaten, and the would-be fugitives are forced into a car that is set alight. Subhash emerges again, presenting himself as a witness who claims he was there for location scouting. The dramatic close reveals that the two men perished when smoke and a “no smoking area” rule triggered an explosive end, a grim reminder of how deception and violence can coexist in the pursuit of power.

The film closes with Subhash stepping forward to address the media, maintaining the facade of a routine location scout, while the truth of the tragedy remains interwoven with the surrounding chaos. The final notes leave the audience with a stark reflection on cycles of power, revenge, and the costs incurred by those who chase justice through violent means.
