Raj [Ravi Babu] and his wife Leena [Neha Chauhan], grieving the accidental death of their elder daughter Shreya, move into a sprawling old palatial house with their younger daughter Munni [Sri Muktha]. The house carries heavy memories, and soon Munni begins to glimpse the ghost of her sister, a presence tied to the family’s loss and parental distraction. The haunting torments Munni, trying to drive her away, and although Leena fights to keep her close, the specter grows stronger. Eventually Munni vanishes, and it is discovered that Leena is the one who has become possessed. [Ravi Babu] and his ally, an exorcism expert, work to communicate with the unseen to uncover Munni’s whereabouts and bring her back.
As the investigation deepens, the truth about the haunting grows darker: the spirit is not Shreya but Janhvi, a woman who blames Raj for her death and accuses him of causing her separation from her parents. In the meantime, Munni is found in a coffin, accompanied by two chocolate bars with nuts—an element tied to her allergy and to the dangerous riddle surrounding her safety. Realizing the danger, Raj narrates the unfolding events to the exorcist and to the audience, while Janhvi’s presence lingers as a chilling reminder of guilt and unresolved grief. Janhvi surfaces in Raj’s professional life when she arrives for an interview as an executive assistant; he hires her and becomes increasingly drawn to her, leaving small gifts at her desk to signal his growing affection.
As the company approaches a merger, Raj asks Janhvi to forward him a crucial email. When she sends it, he confronts her about the distance she has kept and the gifts he has left behind. Janhvi reveals she does not share his feelings, steps out to her car, and in a tense struggle Raj pulls her back by the seatbelt, unintentionally killing her. To protect both the merger and his own future, Raj hides Janhvi’s body and deletes footage from the security cameras. Janhvi returns as a vengeful ghost, hoping to force Raj to feel the same pain his daughter and wife endured, even threatening Munni’s life in the process. After this confession, Raj and the exorcist press for Munni’s location, but Janhvi collapses before she can reveal it.
Meanwhile, Munni’s voice reaches them from a box that had been trapped with Janhvi. Raj undoes the seal, frees Munni, and comes to realize that she did not eat the nuts or chocolates, and the child is finally rescued from the deadly game that started with a father’s lapse. In the final moments, the family’s bond is tested, the spectral hauntings are confronted, and the truth behind the tragedy leads to Munni’s safe return, even as the house seems to hold its breath behind its aged walls.
