James Eckhouse

James Hays Eckhouse was born on February 14, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois, U.S. He is an American actor, best known for his remarkable performance as Jim Walsh on Beverly Hills, 90210 - a role he passionately took on from the pilot episode in 1990 until the end of the fifth season in 1995. Aside from his role on Beverly Hills, 90210, Eckhouse has shown his acting prowess in small roles in several films such as Trading Places, Fatal Attraction, Big, and Cocktail. His acting career extended in 1999 when he co-starred in the film Judgement Day. Prior to his successful career in the film industry, Eckhouse had an interesting turn of events when he left his studies at MIT to pursue acting.
