Annabelle Frances Wallis (born 5 September 1984) is an English actress best known for her rich and varied roles. Recognition came with her portrayal of Jane Seymour in Showtime's period drama The Tudors (2009–2010). She also shone in the BBC drama Peaky Blinders (2013–2019) bringing the character Grace Burgess to life. Her career in horror films started with the character Mia Form in Annabelle (2014), and she went on to star in The Mummy (2017), bringing depth to the character Jenny Halsey. Other notable roles include Rebecca Crosby in Tag (2018), Sandra in Silent Night (2021), and Madison Mitchell in the recent horror film Malignant (2021).

Wallis was born in Oxford, England and raised in Portugal, making her fluent in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish. She has an impressive familial lineage in the performing arts—her maternal great uncle was renowned Irish actor Richard Harris, and her cousins include English actors Jared Harris, Jamie Harris, and film director Damian Harris. Additionally, she is a descendant of English singer Marie Lloyd on her father's side. Her career in acting took flight in Portugal with short films before she moved to London to pursue a more established film career. With the portrayal of strong, female, alpha characters, Wallis continues to add impressive roles to her portfolio, including joining The Conjuring Universe and the Dark Universe created by Universal Pictures.
