Derived from coloured script breakdown pages, a breakdown sheet itemises the granular ingredients each scene requires: principal cast, stunts, props, wardrobe, vehicles, VFX, and even special atmospheric needs like smoke or rain. The sheet is the financial DNA of a production; without it, departments cannot budget, schedule, or pre-order materials.
