Shoaib, a humble taxi driver, lives a challenging life caring for his elderly mother, who suffers from a medical condition that causes her to forget both trivial and significant events, including the fact that her husband, Shoaib’s father, has passed away. Despite their difficult circumstances, Shoaib strives to protect her and keep their small world intact. He is acquainted with Manya, a local gangster working under a notorious woman known as Acid Tai, famous for her brutal use of acid as a weapon against anyone, regardless of innocence or guilt.

One night, during a routine shift, Manya visits Shoaib in his taxi and leaves him a jacket. Shoaib places the jacket at home, unaware that it contains a dangerous secret. The following day, Shoaib plans to meet his girlfriend, Lucky, a waitress at the Bombay Coffee House, and heads to her place. However, his life takes a sudden turn when he is rudely awakened by a call informing him that a fire has broken out at his house. Rushing back home, he manages to rescue his mother from the flames. She, distraught, confesses that she accidentally caused the fire in the kitchen, adding an emotional layer to their ongoing struggles.

Later, Shoaib receives a threatening call from Manya, demanding the return of his jacket, which Manya claims is missing. The shocking revelation that the jacket contains drugs worth Rs. 20 Lakhs intensifies the situation. Shoaib searches desperately for the jacket, but it remains elusive, and the earlier fire incident worsens his panic. Manya warns Shoaib that if he doesn’t retrieve the jacket, his mother’s life could be in danger, and he also fears for Lucky’s safety. During a ride to Lucky’s place, Shoaib discovers an eight-year-old boy, Parth, in Lucky’s care. Lucky hesitantly explains that a customer named Akash had left the boy temporarily, adding to Shoaib’s worries.

Meanwhile, in a parallel storyline, Akash (Ritesh Deshmukh), a pilot, is caught in a crisis of his own. He lives with his wife, Tara (Priya Bapat), and their son, Parth. One day, while dropping his son off at school, Akash witnesses his wife in bed with another man. Convinced that his marriage is over, he begins to follow her and sees her checking into The Plaza hotel with her lover. In a panic, he leaves his son in Lucky’s care and rushes to confront her at the hotel. When he finds her, they argue fiercely, and Tara tells him that their relationship is finished and she plans to marry the man she is with, Javed.

Devastated, Akash returns to the Bombay Coffee House only to discover Lucky and his son missing. He, along with Tara, suspects that she might have kidnapped Parth. At the same time, Manya and Acid Tai start threatening Shoaib, demanding the jacket back and warning that they will kill Lucky and Shoaib’s mother if their demands are not met. In desperation, Shoaib tries to negotiate, offering Parth as a ransom to save his loved ones. However, the gang’s greed leads them to demand an exorbitant ransom of Rs. 2 crore, forcing Shoaib into unwittingly becoming part of a kidnapping plot.

The situation becomes increasingly complicated as the jacket is eventually recovered, but even after its return, the gang refuses to call off the ransom demand and release the boy. Officer Waghmare, assigned to help uncover the truth, is revealed to be corrupt, secretly planning to take the ransom money for himself. The plot thickens with multiple threats, betrayals, and false leads, culminating in a dangerous and chaotic climax.

In the final act, Akash is instructed to deliver a duffel bag full of cash to a crowded carnival, where several gangs are secretly vying to loot it. The place is filled with chaos, confusion, and multiple gunfights as the different gangs clash without even realizing they are fighting each other for the same loot. Multiple phone calls and deceptions lead Akash through a labyrinth of directions, ultimately resulting in a massive showdown. During the chaos, Akash believes that his son has been killed during the crossfire, and consumed by rage and grief, he kills Officer Waghmare, who had turned out to be a traitor.

Fortunately, amidst the violence and turmoil, Shoaib manages to rescue Parth, reuniting him with his father in an emotional, tearful moment. The story ends on a hopeful note with the father and son finally united, and Shoaib’s protective efforts securing their safety against all odds.

This layered tale of desperation, crime, and redemption offers a compelling look at how ordinary lives are caught in extraordinary circumstances, revealing the resilience of human spirit even in the darkest moments.
