Attack on the convoy

Terrorists ambush an army convoy, mistakenly believing they are stealing uranium. The assault erupts with gunfire and chaos on the road as soldiers attempt to hold the line. The attackers flee with what they think is the cargo.

Cargo revealed at the dockside

The convoy reaches a dockside warehouse where the true cargo is revealed to be living frozen biological material, not uranium. Moments later, two frozen Velociraptors and a Tyrannosaurus rex escape and begin terrorizing everyone. Police and soldiers scramble to respond while the dinosaurs start their deadly rampage.

Sole survivor captured; police overwhelmed

In the ensuing chaos, investigators locate the sole survivor of the terrorists' group. The dinosaurs attack and kill police inside the warehouse, leaving the survivor bound and the scene in disarray. The situation escalates beyond a standard drug-bust or hostage scenario.

Counter-terrorism response arrives

A special counter-terrorism force led by Colonel Rance Higgins is called in by General Mercer. They assess the scene, finding body parts and a refrigerated truck instead of uranium, and soon realize the threat is biological and far more dangerous. Several team members are killed as they maneuver through the warehouse boxes.

Briefing on the dinosaurs

The survivors are briefed by Dr. Hodges, who explains these dinosaurs have been genetically rebuilt and are the last three carnosaurs. She notes they were en route to a government research facility and stresses that they must be captured alive due to research potential. The team absorbs the gravity of the situation as the threat becomes personal.

Meat shipment and coastal hunt

At the dock, a large meat shipment provides a tempting lure as the remaining soldiers and Marines plan to hunt the dinosaurs. Private Polchek is issued a tranquilizer as they set a decoy and meat-based trap, hoping to corral the animals without heavy casualties. The raptor strikes, nearly dragging Polchek, but is shot down.

Raptor captured and examined

The surviving raptor is transported to a base for examination, raising questions about its biology. Hodges theorizes about the regeneration of Velociraptor and hints at the possibility of asexual reproduction by the T. rex, deepening the scientific stakes of the hunt. The team braces for more danger as the creatures adapt.

T. rex and raptor escape to transport ship

The injured Velociraptor revives and attacks again, while the Tyrannosaurus rex appears and kills a soldier before escaping with the raptor to an agricultural transport ship. The Marines decide to pursue by sea to leverage the ship's coolant to freeze the dinosaurs.

Ship bounds for sea; coolant plan

Captain Rossi leads the Marines as they move the ship out to sea, planning to use its coolant system to freeze the reptiles and stop their rampage. The crew braces for a tense voyage with danger lurking below decks. Tension rises as the hunt edges closer to a lethal conclusion.

Lower decks fall under attack

As they explore the lower decks, the raptors kill several soldiers and approach an elevator. A Velociraptor gnaws through the cable, plunging the team into the lower level where a nest of eggs signals that the danger is multiplying. The survivors scramble to adapt to the new threat.

Eggs and Polchek's demise

The team discovers a nest of eggs and opens fire, enraging the T. rex. Polchek is killed as the dinosaurs retaliate, forcing the survivors to reassess their plan. The stakes grow higher as the ship becomes an unstable battleground.

Destruction plan and final showdown

The survivors decide to blow up the ship with dynamite to end the menace. The T. rex bursts through the ceiling, dragging Rossi and killing him, elevating the crisis to a final, desperate measure. Hodges and Rance brace for a choked escape as they plan to nuke the threat.

T. rex final demise

Hodges and Rance hide behind lockers as the T. rex headbutts the area. Rance throws an explosive into the dinosaur's mouth, killing it in a spectacular explosion. The ship detonates, leaving them to race to the ocean as a rescue or escape unfolds.
