A young radio host, Ifrat Afrin Shuvra, Orchita Sporshia, works as an on-air RJ at Modern Radio, a station that every day pulls its weight through her hard work and the support of her family. Her world shifts dramatically when, one night after work, her office boss Newaz Bashar, Rashed Mamun Apu, and his friends brutally rape her. Newaz Bashar is the younger brother of a powerful local figure, the MP Azimul Bashar, Sumon Anowar. The trauma is not just physical; it reverberates through Shuvra’s home, where her family and even her boyfriend urge her to stay silent to avoid social shame and the harsh judgment of their community.

Despite the immense pressure, Shuvra’s will to seek justice grows. She battles not only the pain of the assault but also the social barriers that would keep her from speaking out. Things rapidly deteriorate when Nabab fails to appear in court the day the case should be declared. Azhar Chowdhury, trying to salvage the proceedings, makes attempts to steer the case away from the truth, while the absence casts doubt on Shuvra and stains her character in the eyes of the public.
