Past events unfold to reveal how the scheme began. Alby is sent to pick up Muhammad, Babu Annur, a man carrying gold worth ₹80 lakh who was supposed to sell it to Moosa and take the money. Two other people sent by Firoz steal the gold from Muhammad by posing as Moosa’s men. Muhammad, desperate and betrayed, goes to the police to file a complaint, but he soon meets a tragic end by his own hand.
