Their girlfriends are Ritu Varma as Meera, a beautician, and Niranjani Ahathian as Shreya, a chef. The quartet operates as a tight, if somewhat reckless, unit: they buy genuine laptops under false identities, swap in fake internal parts, return them for refunds, and then sell the real components to pad their pockets.

Everything changes when a laptop rigged with counterfeit parts ends up with Deputy Commissioner of Police, Prathap Chakravarthi, portrayed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, who tracks the purchases and narrows his investigation directly onto Siddharth and Kallis. Sensing the net closing, the two men try to pivot away from computers and pivot toward car theft, hoping a different crime will slow the police’s pursuit.

A separate twist of fate comes when a thief steals Meera’s bag, leaving her money missing and prompting a confession of loss to Siddharth.
