In a parallel thread, Xena, Lucy Lawless and Gabrielle, Renée O’Connor, recover a bag of gold from a trio of satyrs to bring it back to Corinth. The air thickens with unrest as Ares Kevin Smith appears, informing Xena that a trap awaits Hercules in Thebes. Xena, mindful of Thebes’ needs, contemplates sending Hercules, even as her bond with Gabrielle is tested by Ares’ manipulations and her own simmering anger.

On Alcmene’s farm, Zeus descends to abduct Alcmene and ferry her to Mount Olympus, despite Hercules’ desperate efforts to intervene. As the drama unfolds, Hera confronts Zeus and, in a bold move, steals the Cronus Stone, a relic that keeps the Titans imprisoned in Tartarus. Aphrodite, Alexandra Tydings, darts down a mountainside to warn Hercules, but he remains stubborn, not fully listening to her counsel. With the balance restored, the group—Hercules, Iolaus, Gabrielle, and Xena—heads toward Corinth to settle a bag of gold and seek the next adventure, signaling a fragile peace between mortal and divine factions. On the mountain pinnacle, the combined efforts of the mortal heroes and the restored Olympians close the Cronus Stone’s rift and seal the Titans away once more, but not without leaving scars and hard-won lessons about pride, trust, and the cost of power.
