Haruka Tomatsu (戸松 遥) was born on February 4, 1990, in Ichinomiya, Aichi, Japan, and quickly rose to prominence after winning an audition for Sony Music Entertainment Japan’s subsidiary Music Ray'n. Her voice‑acting debut came in 2007 with a minor role in Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight!, but she earned her first starring credit the same year as Corticarte Apa Lagranges in Shinkyoku Sōkai Polyphonica. After moving to Tokyo for university in 2008, Tomatsu’s career accelerated; she voiced Lala Satalin Deviluke in To LOVE‑Ru, Shiho Sannomiya in Zettai Karen Children, and Nagi in Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens.
