Fewlass Llewellyn (5 March 1866 – 16 June 1941) was a versatile English performer whose career spanned the transition from Victorian theatre to early sound cinema. Born in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, he initially trained as an engineer, a profession that gave him a disciplined work ethic before he answered the call of the stage in 1890. Over the next five decades he became a familiar face in both the West End and the burgeoning British film industry, frequently cast as dignified authority figures such as judges, officers, and businessmen, roles that leveraged his commanding presence and crisp diction.
