Born on January 20, 1946, in Missoula, Montana, David Keith Lynch is a celebrated American artist celebrated for his work in film, television, and music. Lynch gained critical acclaim for his mind-bending and often surrealist artistry. Lynch studied painting before venturing into films during the late 1960s, establishing himself with his cult classic 'Eraserhead' in 1977.
