Daniel Grao Valle, born on 17 February 1976, is a renowned Spanish actor known for his remarkable performances in television series like Luna, el misterio de Calenda, Sin identidad, and his lead role in the biopic miniseries about Mario Conde. He was born in Sabadell, Catalonia, where he developed an interest for acting due to a high school teacher and quickly became a member of an amateur theatrical group. He initiated his career as a television actor in the Catalan regional broadcaster TV3, in shows like Temps de silenci and El cor de la ciutat. However, because of the channel's emphasis on his Catalan accent rather than his acting skills, Grao moved to Madrid. After few stage plays, he landed his first major stage role with La avería. He started gaining recognition through the TV series Amistades peligrosas and Sin tetas no hay paraíso, with his role in Acusados (2009–2010) further cementing his popularity. In 2016, he appeared in Pedro Almodóvar's film 'Julieta' which further enhanced his screen career. Grao also played a notable role in La piedra oscura by Alberto Conejero as Rafael Rodríguez Rapún, Federico García Lorca's lover. He was Bernat Estanyol in the 2018 series La catedral del mar and then lead character Antonio Santos in the TV series Stolen Away in 2020.**
