Alicia Amanda Vikander, a Swedish actress born on 3 October 1988 in Gothenburg, has gained global recognition for her skillful and diverse performances. Trained as a ballet dancer at the Royal Swedish Ballet in Stockholm, Vikander started her acting journey in Swedish short films and television series, gaining her first recognition through the drama series Andra Avenyn (2008–2010). Her maiden feature film was Pure (2010), earning her the Guldbagge Award for Best Actress.
