Adrien Nicholas Brody, known as Adrien Brody, is an American actor renowned for his diverse acting prowess. His career began in 1989, and he has remained active in the film industry to date. Most notably, Brody is known for his portrayal of Władysław Szpilman in Roman Polanski's war drama The Pianist (2002), a role that won him the Academy Award for Best Actor at age 29, making him the youngest actor to win in that category. His performance also garnered him a César Award for Best Actor. Throughout his career, Brody has demonstrated considerable range, starring in critically acclaimed films such as The Thin Red Line (1998), King Kong (2005), Predators (2010), and The Brutalist (2024).
