Wayne’s World 2 picks up with Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar returning, alongside Wayne’s girlfriend, Cassandra Wong. The film takes on a much more serious tone than its predecessor. It begins with Wayne reflecting on the significant changes he has experienced over the past year. Although he continues to host his beloved television show, Wayne’s World, he now resides in a retrofitted apartment that once served as a doll factory. Filled with pride for Cassandra’s blossoming career and their enduring relationship, Wayne grapples with pressure to “find focus” in his life and grow up.
