Pallavi Raveendran, Parvathy Thiruvothu, dreams of becoming a pilot and earns admission to a pilot training center in Mumbai. Her days are jam-packed with rigorous classes, long simulator sessions, and demanding flying hours, leaving little room for her relationship with her toxic boyfriend Govind Balakrishnan Asif Ali, whose controlling temper and relentless expectations create constant friction. After a heated confrontation, where he pressures her to drop out and openly humiliates her in front of friends, Pallavi stands firm and bluntly tells him to get out of her life. The next morning, Govind tries to reach out, but Pallavi refuses to engage, and in a sudden, devastating turn of events, Govind, in a burst of anger, throws acid at her face, leaving her disfigured and her eyesight compromised, and ultimately leading to the revocation of her flight license.

Govind Balakrishnan is arrested, but the case is dismissed for lack of evidence, a development that plays out in court with the Public prosecutor Baiju VK presenting the state’s case. Pallavi returns home, raising the emotional toll of the ordeal, while a friend from the academy invites her to accompany on a flight for moral support. On the day of that flight, she crosses paths with Vishal Rajashekharan Tovino Thomas, an influential and charismatic businessman who is also the airline owner’s son. A mother on board complains that Pallavi’s scarred face is frightening her child, forcing Pallavi to move to another seat, and Vishal tries to reassure her that she can be anything she wants, a sentiment she meets with cautious resistance.

The flight changes the course of her life when Vishal decides to hire her as cabin crew. His father initially rejects the idea, yet Vishal goes ahead and announces at a press conference that an acid-attack survivor will join the crew, leaving his father with little room to back out. Pallavi is furious that her story has been publicized without her consent, a feeling her father Prem Prakash tries to temper by encouraging her to give this new path a chance. He stands by her as she begins training as an air hostess, a journey that marks a symbolic reclaiming of her future.

On her first flight back in the cockpit, Pallavi is hugged by a passenger, a small gesture of warmth amid the stares and whispered comments from strangers. Vishal’s feelings for her deepen, and he confesses them, though Pallavi gently says she values the friendship they’ve built and does not want to complicate it with romance. On her next flight, Govind boards as a passenger and, with a grim sense of entitlement, asks her to withdraw her complaint, arguing that the social stigma would ruin his prospects. Pallavi responds with a cool, sharp slap of water on his face, and after landing, Govind files a fresh complaint against her. Vishal asks for an apology, but Pallavi refuses, insisting she would react the same way if the incident happened again. The tension culminates in Vishal having to terminate her employment, serving her with notice, and Pallavi’s father’s anger boiling over as he severely confronts Govind.

The following day, a crisis unfolds when the captain of Pallavi’s flight collapses and the co-pilot panics. With remarkable composure and skill, Pallavi—still navigating limited vision in one eye—takes control, guides the aircraft through the emergency, and lands safely, defying the protests of the control tower. Govind, faced with the potential consequences, attempts suicide and ends up in critical condition, his fate left uncertain.

As the story moves toward its closure, on the morning of her final flight, Pallavi meets Vishal once more and thanks him for giving her a chance to fly at least once in her life. During that flight, a boy thanks her for saving his father, who had been on the earlier affected plane, and to Pallavi’s surprise, many of the remaining passengers seem to be connected to that incident. Vishal is seen among them, a quiet reminder of how one act can ripple through many lives, and Pallavi stands ready to chart a new course, one she chooses for herself.
