In the year 17,000 B.C., a group of ancient Transformers leaders known as the Seven Primes journeys across the universe, wielding Sun Harvesters—machines designed to absorb energy from stars by destroying them. However, one of the Primes violates their sacred rule against annihilating planets that harbor life, establishing a Sun Harvester on Earth and earning the ominous title of The Fallen. In an act of defiance, the other Primes confront The Fallen and imprison him before he can utilize the Matrix of Leadership to harness the Sun.
