What Is To Kill a Beaver About?
The premise of To Kill a Beaver without spoilers.
After a long absence, a man returns to his dilapidated home, finding it defaced with graffiti. Determined to stay and pursue a specific goal requiring meticulous preparation, he discovers the house already has new inhabitants. These unexpected residents begin to disrupt his plans and evoke memories of his recent past spent near the Central Asia border. The film explores whether the man can overcome prolonged tension and his own emotional turmoil to find peace in his home village.
