Simon Templar, Adam Rayner better known as The Saint, foils a terrorist plot to trade gold for bombs. After seizing most of the gold, he leaves his signature calling card, a mark that hints at his code and his taste for justice. A shadowy figure then guides a banker, Arnold Valecross, James Remar, to divert a staggering sum—$2.5 billion in aid intended for Nigeria—setting off a chain of high-stakes moves that pull multiple players into a dangerous game.

Templar, keenly aware of the theft, resolves to recover the funds and bring the culprit to account. Valecross diverts the money, but the job becomes personal when his employer kidnaps his daughter, Zoe Valecross, Sammi Hanratty. The desperate situation pushes Valecross into a corner, and Templar steps in, hoping to avert a catastrophe, while the clock ticks and the stakes rise with every passing hour.

Valecross is fatally wounded in the ensuing turmoil, but not before he reveals crucial information that reshapes the investigation. With Valecross out of the picture, Templar teams up with his longtime ally Patricia Holm, Eliza Dushku, and their associate Doyle Cosentino, Yani Gellman, to track down the elusive “nomad” mentioned by Valecross.
