Four friends: Abdulla Marakkar, Ram Kumar Nair, Kalyan Menon, and Parameshwaran Potty share a traumatic past that ties their fates together through a bitter fathers’ dispute over a coastal property.

In 1993, Adv. Menon, the father of [Kalyan Menon], invites Ram’s father and Parameshwaran’s father to strike a deal with a French woman who wants to buy a 400-year-old eight-acre stretch by the shore, owned by Sahib Marakkar. The deal hinges on a lump-sum payment, and the French woman ends up establishing a luxury hotel there. But Sahib, an illiterate man betrayed by his closest friends, sees his ancestral property slip away and, unable to digest the loss, takes his own life, leaving his family to the streets. [Abdulla Marakkar] remains deeply scarred by the betrayal and resolves to avenge his father’s death, a vow that quietly shadows every later move.

Today, the hotel is run by Ram Kumar Nair and his wife Mythili. Parameshwaran, who has suffered heavy losses in business, visits Ram at the hotel, now a symbol of his former success and arrogance. Ram’s personal life is messy; Parameshwaran learns of Ram’s illicit affair with [Prabha Nair], a discovery that intensifies old wounds. The resurrection of Abdullah’s trauma opens a door for him to infiltrate the hotel, and he begins to toy with Ram’s mind. The tension escalates until Ram calls Kalyan to the scene, pulling the DIG into the shaky balance of power at the hotel.

As Abdullah presses his psychological games, Ram’s control frays. The confrontation turns deadly when Ram, in a moment of rage and confusion, kills Abdullah. What follows is not just a murder but a heavy, inescapable reckoning—the theerppu—the judgment that ends the long feud and leaves Ram grappling with the consequences of his own actions.
