The Custodian 1993
He cheats, bends the law, yet claims to be last honest cop. Detective James Quinlan, reeling from his wife's abandonment, turns insecurity and anger into a crusade against a police force. He quits his job, teams with Detective Church to infiltrate precinct, and works with a reporter and an Internal Affairs lawyer to expose the corruption publicly.
