Chicago cop Tony Church, Burt Reynolds, and his team are in the middle of a tense drug bust that should end in a clean arrest, but things spiral into chaos the moment a masked thief named Adam “Dancer” Booth, James Remar, crashes the scene and wipes out the officers.
