What Is The Reckless Driver About?
The premise of The Reckless Driver without spoilers.
While traveling on a U.S. highway, Woody Woodpecker spots a billboard reminding him to renew his driver’s license. He drives to the DMV, where Officer Wally Walrus, who instantly dislikes Woody, administers the required tests. Woody endures an eye exam, a reflex test and a fingerprint screening, constantly testing the officer’s patience with his antics.
