What Is Niagara Fools About?
The premise of Niagara Fools without spoilers.
Woody Woodpecker travels to Niagara Falls, where he eagerly inquires about the famous stunt of going over the waterfall in a barrel. The park guard bluntly informs him that such a feat is strictly prohibited and dangerous. Undeterred, Woody’s confidence kicks in and he decides to attempt the plunge despite the warning, setting up cartoon chaos.
