What Is Ration Bored About?
The premise of Ration Bored without spoilers.
Woody Woodpecker asks a road sign if his trip is really necessary, then declares himself a “necessary evil.” He drives to a gas station, ignorant of ration books, where the attendant, assuming he’s a troublemaker, smashes his car into a junkyard with a mallet. Woody siphons gasoline from the old cars, but accidentally steals fuel from a brand‑new police cruiser, prompting a comic clash with a bulldog police officer.
