What Is The Rashevski Tango About?

The premise of The Rashevski Tango without spoilers.

Adolphe ‘Dolfo’ Rashevski travels to Israel with grandson Ric, while his brother, Orthodox rabbi Samuel ‘Shmouel’, refuses to attend the funeral of their Auschwitz‑survivor sister Rosa. Back home, the close family and their non‑Jewish partners constantly debate what Jewish blood, tradition and religion mean—sometimes as a marriage obstacle, sometimes as a path to a spouse. In the end, love overcomes even death.
