Border Patrolman Roy Rogers battles a smuggling gang that moves American fugitives from Mexico in oil drums out of Sharperville, an oil‑town on the border. After Tom Sharper is ambushed, left for dead and later found with amnesia, the criminals rob a bank and frame him. Rogers, aided by Judge Cookie Bullfincher, clears Tom’s name and shuts down the operation run by Willis Newcomb and Bart Carroll.
