What Is The Bloody Brood About?

Nico, a ruthless drug dealer, murders a telegram messenger boy simply for sport, urged on by his accomplice, TV director Francis. Frustrated by the police’s sluggish investigation, the boy’s older brother Cliff takes matters into his own hands, delving into a grim underworld of vice, brutality and relentless violence.
