Tamilselvan is a college drop-out who drifts through a string of small jobs, but his interest in life starts to fade. He heads to Chennai to live with his uncle, AC Shakthivel, hoping to land a steadier, more fulfilling profession. His friend, Nasa, a courier himself, asks him to deliver a packet to a Khadi shop, a detour that soon shifts the course of his days. There, he meets Kavya and is instantly drawn to her. To be near her, he takes up courier work seriously, visiting Kavya daily and letting ambition grow with affection.

Meanwhile, in the shadows of the city, Ashutosh Rana plays Arun, a high-profile doctor who forms a team to smuggle stem cells from pregnant women and uses a medicine to induce abortion. A ward boy named Manikandan overhears a critical discussion and passes the information to social activist Sathyamoorthy in Chennai. When Arun learns that a courier is involved, he tries to snatch it away and silence the trail; he murders Manikandan and even strikes at Sathyamoorthy, who survives but is determined to expose the scheme.

That courage prompts a tense pursuit, as Tamil tries to protect the courier and outmaneuver Arun’s henchmen. Tamil’s quick thinking, grit, and resolve culminate in a dramatic moment where he subdues Arun and causes his death in a road accident, bringing the plan to a halt and leaving the others at risk of arrest. He then hands the courier over to Sathyamoorthy, providing the crucial evidence that exposes the stem cell scam and leads to the arrest of Arun’s partners.

With the case closed and the criminals facing justice, Tamil is rewarded with ₹1 billion for his bravery. He donates the money to Manikandan’s family and, in a quiet celebration of new beginnings, goes on a date with Kavya, signaling a hopeful future for the couple despite the chaos they endured.
