Spoilers ahead

Two former United States Army captains, Craig McCenzie and Mike Reed, step out of the shadow of conventional warfare into a world where danger is packaged as entertainment and profit. The film opens with a tense, covert mission to locate Osama bin Laden in a remote Middle Eastern setting. The operation spirals when CIA operative Carter Mason appears and Reed’s cover is blown after he’s briefly detained and interrogated. McCenzie intervenes just in time to save Reed, a rescue that leaves Mason furious and distrustful. What follows is a sharp pivot from traditional military duty to something more ambiguous and morally fraught: a pair of skilled soldiers trying to survive in a landscape where loyalty is negotiable and information is weaponized.
