Kishan, cop, lives with Rahul; he loves Kavita, Dindayal Kallu’s daughter, Rahul dates Neena. Rana Jung Bahadur rules the city, with gangsters Chaurasia, Rajeshwar and Lankeshwar; Chaurasia’s bid for a larger share sparks a gang war. Kishan tries to arrest him but ACP warns him; after Rahul is killed witnessing Surya’s murder, Kishan seeks revenge.
