Sanjay Dutt as Raj Mittal, Sharman Joshi as Veer Saxena, and Fardeen Khan as Aryan Kapoor are three men who are dissatisfied with their marriages even though they still love their wives. Their spouses Bhavna, Ayesha Takia, Diya, Esha Deol, and Sonia are busy with their day-to-day lives, leaving the men feeling overlooked and unappreciated.

Bhavna, Ayesha Takia, often leans on religious routine as a shield that keeps closeness at bay; Diya, Esha Deol, pursues an acting dream that pulls her away from her husband; and Sonia, a dedicated lawyer who works late into the night, rarely finds time for her partner. These tensions push the trio toward drastic thoughts, each contemplating suicide as a misguided escape from their strained marriages.

In a turn of fate, the three men meet Kothari, who himself is dealing with despair after three businesses bearing his name collapse and leave him nearly ruined. Seeking some sense of purpose, they take on work for him and begin to navigate a new and complicated world.

It isn’t long before they encounter Kothari’s daughters—Madhuri, Rekha, and Dimple. Dimple Kothari becomes a particular source of temptation for the men, while the idea of a fresh start with the younger generation complicates their consciences even further. Meanwhile, a menacing figure named Lucky Bhai enters the scene, determined to expose the husbands to their unsuspecting wives and derail any chance of reconciliation.

Facing mounting pressure, the men sign a contract that involves the daughters, a move that leaves their wives disappointed and wary of the men’s intentions. In a drastic, misguided bid to escape the consequences, the three friends attempt suicide again—this time by standing atop a ladder.

Their wives witness the act and, moved by regret for neglect, apologize and pause their own planned departures. Yet the moment is interrupted when the ladder becomes a danger, and Kothari tries to cut it with a chainsaw in a bid for revenge. The women hurry to save them but end up hanging as well, while the trio of husbands plummets to precarious fates: Raj into a garbage bin, Aryan tangled with electrical wires, and Veer into a waiting dog van.

Bruised but alive, the men offer apologies to Lucky Bhai, who feels awkward about having saved lives. Yet the wives’ admiration for his role in bringing them back together gives Lucky Bhai a renewed sense of purpose: he continues to step in to help others, hoping to mend broken relationships and give people another chance at happiness.
