Scandal in the Family (1975): Cast & Plot

Carlo, Michele Placido, an industrialist, arrives at his villa in Piacenza to spend the holidays with his wife Piera Juliette Mayniel and his daughter Francesca Jenny Tamburi. The mood of the holiday house quickly shifts when he discovers that the longtime cook Zaira Edy Williams has been replaced by Doris Simonetta Stefanelli, a young widow with a different energy and presence. Carlo finds himself drawn to Doris, and the dynamic in the villa begins to tilt as his interest grows.
