Kabir Ahlawat [John Abraham] leads a quiet, isolated life in a Goa city, running a small pawn shop and keeping to himself as a kind of modern recluse. His days drift by in routine, until his next‑door neighbor Anna [Nathalia Kaur], a drug addict and bar dancer, brings a fragile life into sharp focus—she lives with her little daughter Naomi [Diya Chalwad], and a special bond begins to form between them that softens Kabir’s guarded demeanor.
Across the street, a shadowy criminal web starts to tighten. Mantoo [Uday Tikekar], a ruthless crime boss backed by Kevin Pereira [Sanjay Khapre] and his brother Luke Ferriera [Teddy Maurya], runs a sprawling operation that blends organ harvesting with drug manufacturing. The gang’s reach seems unstoppable, aided by a deadly professional assassin known as Attila [Kazu Patrick Tang], who operates with chilling efficiency.
One fateful night, Anna and her boyfriend steal drugs from Mantoo’s men. Anna stashes the drugs inside a camera and pawns the camera to Kabir, hoping to secure a quick gain to support Naomi. The loss of the consignment enrages Mantoo, who sends Kevin to recover the stolen drugs. Attila and Luke show up at Anna’s place, torturing her for the camera, while Naomi becomes an eyewitness to the brutal torment. In a moment of panic, Anna reveals where the drugs are hidden, and the situation spirals as Big Show arrives with his ally Viju Dempo, demanding the camera back. Kabir, pressed by the captors, hands the camera over to Luke after Luke claims that Naomi and Anna are his captives.
A new demand follows: Kevin calls Kabir with orders to make a drug delivery to Mantoo, promising the release of the captives if the mission succeeds. Kabir completes the delivery, only to discover that the Goa police have raided Mantoo’s hideout. Mantoo escapes the raid, and Kabir gives chase, but the pursuit ends with a shocking turn as his car reveals Anna’s lifeless body, her organs harvested. Kevin’s brutality seals Mantoo’s downfall, and Kevin ascends as the new drug lord, leaving behind a trail of violence.
During interrogation, Kabir manages a dramatic escape from the police station, leaving the officers baffled by his combat skills and the hints of a hidden past. It’s revealed that he is a former decorated RAW soldier who retired after his pregnant wife, Rukshida Kabir Ahlawat [Shruti Haasan], was killed by stray gunfire outside a hospital. Kabir’s arc of revenge and redemption takes him from the nightclub to the depths of a drug plant, where a brutal confrontation with Attila unfolds; he is shot but survives, performing an improvised surgery in a small medical shop to stabilize himself.
Driven by rage and a need to save Naomi, Kabir presses on and discovers child slaves being used at a drug manufacturing plant. He fights his way through the facility, freeing the children and dismantling a core of the operation. In a deadly confrontation, he kills Luke and closes in on Kevin, who taunts him with a claim that Naomi was killed—then reveals a gruesome container containing what he claims are Naomi’s eyes.
Enraged beyond measure, Kabir decimates the gang members, including Attila and Kevin. In the aftermath, he contemplates suicide, overwhelmed by grief, until Naomi unexpectedly arrives alive. It’s later revealed that Attila, who had shown Naomi a degree of mercy because she had shown him kindness, spared her life; the eyes in the container belong to the gang’s surgeon, not Naomi. Kabir is arrested again, but the police allow Naomi to ride with him as a passenger on his uncertain path forward.
The story closes on a quiet, stubborn act of protection. As they pause at a convenience store, Kabir buys a backpack and school supplies for Naomi, and asks if she can hang on until he returns. She nods, and the two share a quiet, hopeful embrace, signaling an uneasy, fragile bond between a former operative and a child who has lost so much, now bound by a promise to endure together.
