What Is Rikishi About?

Jason is a shy, unassuming teenager who struggles with his physical presence. After a humiliating encounter at the pool where a classmate mocks him, he lashes out violently, leading to a suspension. Seeking solace and understanding, Jason becomes fascinated by Rikishis, powerful Japanese sumo wrestlers revered as almost divine figures. He begins researching their training, lifestyle, and the discipline required to achieve such status, embarking on a journey of self-discovery and seeking a new sense of identity.
